💖 Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Bling Dat, you (the Customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both your custom vision and our business operations.

1. Custom Setup Fees

• Creative Labor: Setup fees cover the time and technical labor required to prep your files (digitizing, vectorizing, or color-correcting).
• Non-Refundable: All setup fees are final and non-refundable once the design process has begun, regardless of whether a final physical order is placed.
• Mockups: One (1) round of minor revisions is included. Entirely new design concepts require a new setup fee.

2. Intellectual Property & "Hold Harmless"

• Ownership: You certify that you own the rights to, or have received express permission to use, any artwork, logo, or text provided to us.
• Trademark Policy: Bling Dat will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked logos (e.g., professional sports teams, luxury brands, or licensed characters).
• Legal Protection: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bling Dat, as well as its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from any copyright or trademark infringement related to the artwork provided.

3. Service-Specific Technical Disclaimers

• Bling (Rhinestones/Spangles): Our processes are 99% accurate. However, stones or spangles may occasionally shift or flip during shipping. Customers may need to use tweezers to adjust a stone before pressing; this is a standard industry occurrence and not a defect.
• DTF (Direct to Film): We print exactly what you upload. Files must be 300 DPI with a transparent background. We do not edit or resize artwork. Colors may vary slightly from your digital screen.
• Laser Engraving: Natural variations in wood grain, leather, or metal coatings may affect the final appearance. These are inherent to the materials and are not considered errors.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Custom Goods: Due to the permanent and personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds or reprints will be issued for customer errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or poor heat press application).
• Approval: Your approval of a digital mockup is final. Please double-check all details before confirming.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase or paying an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
