🎨 Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best, most flawless results:

• Submit print-ready PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
• Use a minimum 300 DPI resolution for crisp, clear details.
• You must pre-arrange your designs onto a file sized exactly to match the gang sheet size you order (e.g., a 11" x 60" sheet requires a 11" x 60" file).
• We print your file exactly as provided. We do not resize, edit, or rearrange your artwork.
• We strictly prohibit copyrighted or trademarked content.

🚫 Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of UV DTF transfers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

• Incorrect sizing, layout, or design placement within the file provided by the customer.
• Low-resolution or non-transparent files.
• Artwork containing trademarked or copyrighted content.
