Heat Press Instructions:

To apply, position image up on shirt , cover with a teflon sheet, press 25 sec at 325f moderate pressure. Repeat inside out. We recommend to hand wash and dry

Iron On Instructions:

Position image up on shirt, cover with teflon. Apply pressure only no steam using the high setting of the iron for 20 seconds. You will need to do in sections if the iron is not large enough to cover entire patch. After you do this, flip inside out and repeat. We recommend to hand wash and dry
