• Rhinestone Transfer (Classic 3D sparkle/Iron-on)
• Spangle Transfer (Flat, holographic "threadless sequin" – great for a lightweight feel)
• Note: You may select both if you'd like to see pricing options for both styles!

📥 How To Get Started

To ensure your design is perfect, please upload your image via the "Upload Image" button and include the following details in the Order Notes:

1. Size: (e.g., 8 inches wide across the chest)
2. Colors: Let us know the desired colors, Note - there is no white rhinestone only white spangles. We use crystal in lieu of white for rhinestones
3. Quantity: How many physical transfers will you need once the design is approved?
4. Description: Any specific fonts or placement details we should know.

⚠️ Important Design Policies (The "Fine Print")

🚫 No Trademarked Images: We cannot ethically or legally reproduce copyrighted logos (e.g., Professional sports teams, characters, high-end designer brands, etc.).
🖥️ This is a Setup Fee ONLY: Purchase of this listing covers the creative labor to digitize and mockup your design. No physical garment or iron-on transfer is included in this price.
💸 No Refunds: Once work has begun on your digital proof, the setup fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with a physical order.
🔄 Revisions: Your fee includes one (1) round of minor revisions (color swaps, slight sizing tweaks). Entirely new design concepts will require a new setup fee.

✨ What Happens Next?

1. Review: I will review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days if additional info is needed or your design will not work in bling.
2. The Proof: You will receive a digital mockup for approval in 3-5 business days.
3. The Final Order: Once you love the design, I will send you a custom link to purchase your physical Rhinestone or Spangle transfers!

🛡️ Image Rights & Hold Harmless Agreement

By purchasing this setup fee and uploading an image, the Customer represents and warrants that they own the rights to, or have received legal permission to use, the provided artwork/logo.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bling Dat, as well as its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from any copyright or trademark infringement related to the image(s) provided. Bling Dat reserves the right to refuse any design that appears to violate intellectual property laws.
