1) Pre-press garment 2) Place transfer image up to desired location on garment 3) Cover with teflon or parchment to avoid lifting 4) Press with a heat press at 300 F degrees for 10- seconds 5) Cold peel . You must wait for it to cool down. Optional: 2nd press at 300 degrees for 7-10 seconds ( cover with teflon)
